A&B FOUNDATION FUNDS MAUI COMMUNITY COLLEGE HEADSTART PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT

This preschooler wasn’t yet born when the A&B Foundation funded playground equipment at Maui Community College’s Headstart program in 1993. 

In 1998, while his parent was pursuing higher education, he learned by playing. 

Perhaps he’ll be an MCC student some day, too.

A&B’s support for Maui Community College began with telethon pledges, then extended to starting the Community Resource Development Center, then to establishing the Center for Entrepreneurship.  Generations of Mauians have benefited from the advantages of higher education, and the A&B Foundation agrees that education is the key to a better quality of life.
